Father Bryan Wolf (OSF, LTh.AC., ICPCC.) is the priest of the Saint Aelred Mission Pastoral Extension, as charged by The Most Right Reverend Gregory Godsey; the Presiding Bishop Provincial of The American Province of The Old Catholic Churches-International. He is assigned as an Assisting Priest at our historic Saint Miriam Old Catholic Pro Cathedral and school in Philadelphia, PA and also serves as our Retreat Director. Father Bryan also serves as the Catholic Chaplain at the CareOne Rehabilitation and Extended Care Center in Holmdel NJ (a charitable non compensated position) and is a Police Chaplain for the Pennsylvania State Police.
Prior to his ordination, Father Bryan served New Jersey law enforcement for thirty years as both a police sergeant and police academy instructor. He received more than four dozen Departmental commendations and accolades. Father is also a trained FBI Certified Crisis Negotiator. Upon his retirement he was the recipient of The New Jersey Community Justice Award. Father Bryan was humbled to have been chosen a keynote speaker for the Department of Justice "Conference on Victims' Rights" held at Harrahs' Hotel Resort and Casino in Atlantic City NJ.

Having attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick NJ, Father Bryan completed his graduate studies (Licentiam Philosophia Theologic Anglicana Catholico. LTh.AC.) at The Theological College of Instruction of The Anglican (Episcopal) Catholic Church, on the campus of Hobart and William Smith College in Geneva, New York. Father has lectured at Rutgers University, Monmouth University and Fairleigh Dickinson University-Madison. He is a Contributing Editor to Convergent Streams, a premiere Catholic magazine and additionally has been a guest on national radio and syndicated television. Father is the author of: Confession- A Roadblock to Christ and The Forgotten Church. He is also a graduate of the International Conference of Police Chaplains Training Program and serves as a Chaplain for several police departments, as well as the Pennsylvania State Police. Father Bryan continues advanced Catholic education studies with The Augustine Institute of Denver CO.
Father Bryan has professed his Solemn Vows to The Order of Saint Francis-Old Catholic and is a Grand Knight (Discrimen Summae) in The Order of Saint Michael.
Father Bryan confesses his greatest personal satisfaction as a priest comes, from what he calls- "being God's witness to our cycle of life- Baptisms, Holy Communion, Marriage- and the comforting mysteries at the end of life- the final Holy Anointing and the Ministry of Presence and burial." To this calling, Father Bryan is a current member of the Spiritual Care Association.
Besides his home state of New Jersey, Father Bryan has officiated services in the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Virginia; as well as New York State, New York City and Delaware. Openly gay, Father Bryan served as Past President and Executive Director of the Gay Officers Action League, Inc. (GOAL), a national support and advocacy non profit organization for gay and lesbian criminal justice professionals. He resides with his partner of 32 years, and their rescued military service dog "Gus", in northern Monmouth County, New Jersey.
